Terms & Conditions
SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, offers, and deliveries of products (“Products”) made through the online store (“Store”) operated by Saani tegemised OÜ, registry code 17240033, registered at Viljandi maakond, Mulgi vald, Univere küla, Kajaku, 69112, Estonia.
All relationships between the customer (“Customer”) and Saani Crafts arising from the use of the Store are regulated by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Saani Crafts reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the saanicrafts.com website and will take effect immediately upon publication. By accessing the Store or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the current Terms.
SECTION 2 - PRICES
All prices displayed in the Store are in euros (€) and include Estonian Value Added Tax (22%).
Shipping fees are not included in the listed price. Customers ordering from outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival of the goods. These charges are the Customer’s responsibility.
Saani Crafts reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Updated prices are valid from the moment they appear in the Store. If an order is placed before a price update takes effect, the Customer will be charged the price valid at the time of purchase.
SECTION 3 - ORDERING & PAYMENT
To place an order, the Customer selects the desired Product(s) and clicks ‘Buy now’ to contact Saani Crafts.
During checkout, the Customer must provide accurate contact and delivery details (name, email, phone number, address). Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays for which Saani Crafts is not responsible.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY
Products are shipped via tracked postal or courier services, or can be collected in person by appointment in Viljandi. The Customer will be notified by email once the order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Most Products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the product page and generally range from 3 working days to 8 weeks, depending on materials and workload.
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Outside Europe: up to 21 business days
Saani Crafts is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
The Customer has the right to return unused Products within 14 days of receiving them by emailing info@saanicraft.com. Returned Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the Customer.
Upon approval of a valid return, Saani Crafts will refund the Product cost (excluding shipping) within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Customers must notify Saani Crafts of any Product defects within two months of discovering them. Defective Products will be repaired or replaced, or, if that is not possible, refunded. Saani Crafts is responsible for manufacturing defects that appear within two years of delivery.
During the first six months, it is assumed that a defect existed at the time of purchase unless proven otherwise. Complaints should be sent to info@saanicraft.com. Saani Crafts will respond within 15 days. Saani Crafts reserves the right to cancel an order if the Product cannot be produced or if a pricing or listing error occurred. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and fully refunded within 30 days.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on the Store — including text, photographs, product designs, and logos — are the intellectual property of Saani tegemised OÜ and are protected under copyright law. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the Store’s content without prior written consent from Saani Crafts is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 - PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By placing an order, the Customer authorizes Saani Crafts to process their personal data for order fulfillment and legal compliance. The data collected may include name, address, email, phone number, payment details, and purchase history.
Customers have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete their personal data
- Restrict or object to its processing
- Request data transfer to another controller
- Withdraw consent at any time
- File a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if their rights are violated
Personal data is shared only when necessary, such as:
- With payment service providers and courier companies
- With authorities if legally required
Marketing messages (newsletters, special offers) are sent only with the Customer’s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Saani Crafts ensures that all personal data is stored securely and confidentially, retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose or as required by law.
SECTION 8 - LIABILITY
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (force majeure). Saani Crafts’ liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the Product concerned. Saani Crafts is not responsible for any external website links mentioned in the Store or for damages resulting from their use.
SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes between the Customer and Saani Crafts will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Customer may turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. The competent court of jurisdiction is Viljandi County Court (Viljandi Maakohus).
